News brings us some interesting information about a pending lawsuit between a group of 38 infinity ward employees and Activision. The case being about withheld bonuses from 2009. They want more than $54 million, however. The IWEG (Infinity Ward Employee Group) is looking "to recover between $75 million and $125 million, if not more, in compensatory damages." With the recent release of AMDs 6 core line it seems Luca the overclocker in question wasted no time in overclocking one of AMds newest processors to an astounding 6.29Ghz granted it was at 1.9v and underliquid notrogen. However other screenshots around the net surfacing show that 4Ghz isnt out of the question for most people. System was as follows.

Over the years both ATI and Nvidia have had separate GPU drivers. However lately Nvidia has announced a plan to unify mobile and desktop drivers into one package. Verde drivers as they will be called will integrate current mobile and desktop cards into one package. This will mean that mobile users will benefit from frequent updates as well as performance enhancements. Some configurations such as Hybrid cross vendor platforms (like Intel w/ Nvidia discrete notebooks) will not be compatible. it is definitely a leap forward regardless and we eagerly await their release.
